'Snorkleing’ The movie

I was the Special Content and Second Unit Director for Snorkeling, Emil Nava’s directorial debut, starring Kristine Froseth and Daniel Zolghadri. The film, a poignant love story set against the backdrop of Canada’s fentanyl epidemic, was globally released in cinemas by Sony Music and went on to win awards at the Manchester Film Festival last year. My role included capturing official stills, on-set photography, and behind-the-scenes moments, as well as directing social media content and music videos for a potential soundtrack album tied to the film's release. This project allowed me to bring cinematic storytelling to life across multiple platforms while contributing to a film that resonated with audiences worldwide.

SOCIALS CONTENT REEL

I conceptualized and created teaser social videos for the film, showcased on Snorkeling's official platforms.

music video content

I directed music videos on set featuring tracks from the movie's soundtrack in line with a strategic marketing plan to release a music video album after the films premiere.

Kathy, a local woman in the small rural Canadian mountain town (population 1000) we filmed in for a couple of days. We partnered with ‘The Jed Foundation’ a non profit organisation that protects emotional health and prevents suicide for teens and young adults in the United States. They went on to use this content for mental health PSA’s.
